One of my favorite assignments of winter 2019 was a dark & moody photo essay showcasing some of the best new bars that have opened up in town recently for Chicago Magazine. Featuring Kumiko, Ludlow, Lazy Bird, Carol’s Pub (best reboot), Marz, Janitor’s Closet, & Sleeping Village.
